      There is no upside to working at Multy Home. I can’t think of one good thing to mention and I am really trying to be constructive.

      Poor business ethics Poor employee treatment No development opportunity. Do or die! Everything is a 911 emergency Zero business planning No time with my boss and no direction because of all the fire fighting Lack of general respect towards people Fire fighting and barking at people is condoned and rewarded...

      Pros

      Okay benefits, nice office. C-level execs after many turnovers are finally the people that makes reasonable decisions.

      Cons

      Middle management lots of politics play. All talk, acts like chickens with their heads cut off. Takes all the credits, and makes the team look incompetent while boosting their own ego. They just want workhorses that don’t question them. Get out while you can, no growth potential.
