Pros
Reinsurance is the most interesting business model in the insurance space (imho). Working together with very smart people. Having the opportunity to scale every business model globally.
Cons
Too little fluctuation and despite many diversity initiatives, still not diverse enough. Traditional business model is under pressure and is currently in the course of being adapted.
