Atmosphere was good. Extensive exposure to different asset classes and market specifications. Steep yet solid learning curve.
Cons
If you work hard, you will have to work harder. Managers tended to allocate work based on capability instead of fairness. Yes you might be rewarded by being able to do more, but only marginally.
