      Nice premises. Good insurance. Possibility to work with the largest banks and travel in Europe.

      Cons

      Harsh incompetent management. Very long work hours. Crazy owner who wants the people to work 18 hours per day. No career evolution. All the promotions are decided by the 5 brothers that own the company
