Pros
Nice friendly work atmosphere, especially in the smaller offices. Good autonomy in one's daily work. Interesting domain, rather rich product and very competitive position on the market. Fairly satisfactory compensation packages.
Cons
Ever growing bureaucracy. Terrible career management for high performers beyond 7 years. Limited compensation upside given the company size and increasing pressure on margins in the trading software industry.
