Pros
Good pay while working with only the best engineers in the market. The office culture is OK and the employee feels well taken care of due to all the benefits given. The market for Murex is ever expanding and they are moving into new markets, so there is a good future for the company.
Cons
Structure of the enterprise is quite difficult. The skills you learn are very Murex specific, so be warned. If you want to change careers after a couple of years of experience, you may find some difficulty. Long hours so there is some difficulty managing your work/life balance.
