      Good culture, helpful and talent people. Nice office and compensation. Plenty of projects and good exposure to both client and technical knowledge.

      Cons

      Narrow career choice as the core value is built around Murex system. Flat organization structure (also means good accessibility to senior management) means less opportunities in people management career track.
