      Wonderful coworkers with the exception of manager's "pets". Abundant amount of overtime available in some departments.

      Cons

      Bullying from managers and supervisors. No positive feedback for performance. Expect nursing staff to work absurd amounts of overtime in some departments. Understaffed.

      Slower pasted Rather than the therapist themselves. While still allowing to learn the environment patient interactions, front office routines for insurances and things like that.

      Cons

      You end up doing two jobs constantly yet they keep you at full time hours without getting benefits
