Challenging work environment with age-related bias and little to no help for New Hires - Maintenance Technician Musashi Auto Parts Employee Review

*was outcasted for my age amongst co-workers and I "Wasn't fitting in" * I was told I had attitude issues due to me bringing up how senior co-workers would disappear for hours at a time and not get in trouble * I was called a "Smart@ss" by co-workers due to having schooling but also called "A Dumb Kid" due to my age * When I brought up safety concerns with my Lead Hand I was told to "Just do it anyways" even though other Co-workers said they wouldn't do it * I was not given proper guidance from senior employees from the start and was left on my own to just figure it out and would get in trouble for not doing things correctly even though I was never told how to do things the proper way
