Work Culture - Assistant Professor Muscat College Employee Review

Research funding is good (as response to the OAAA requirement)

All work funnel down to the staff. No plans to hire more staff. Overtime sucks and payment is unreasonable. They cut cost at the expense of the lecturers. Too much micromanagement by the vp for academic affairs. No longterm plans.
