Pros
Many companies say they care about their employees, but it's a hollow statement. Musco really DOES care and they prove it in every way.
Pay is generous, benefits are great and time off is flexible. You can earn a good amount of PTO from day 1. Teamwork is highly emphasized and there is little tolerance for workplace drama. You are expected to conduct yourself like an adult but despite that, the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. You are encouraged to succeed at this company.
Recently, all employees were given an hourly wage increase equivalent to $3000/year because of inflation. Other places will usually pare staff and even cut wages in tough times. Not Musco.
Cons
Customers can sometimes be cranky but that's one of the downsides of customer service. Those folks are in the minority, thankfully.
