      The people are awesome. MT is great because of its people. They are super flexible on schedule and remote work.

      Working for clients can be tough as the company does not feel like it has a lot of agency in managing relationships.

      Pros

      There are hour long lunches, Mon-Friday schedule that doesnt change until the holiday season hits.

      Cons

      Awful work conditions, possible asbestos issue due to it being a really old warehouse, once December hits, your hour long lunch becomes a 30 minute lunch, and you'll be expected to come in on saturdays.
