The team you work with is the best part of this company. Not everyone has a good leader or good team, however. The people you work with will be your reason for staying.
Cons
Plan for Medicaid, Foodstamps and other government assistance. Figure out financial aid to pay bills, you will starve to death and be homeless working here. Low pay with a maximum of a 4% yearly raise. It's insulting. Get excited for $50 Kroger cards on most holidays, that's the best bonus you can get.
