Never boring, always something new and challenging. Work hard and there is a mutual respect with upper management, slack off/mess around and they will be on you like white on rice.

Can be a stressful environment on busy days.

Most of the people you work with are nice. They do cookout for the employees

The building is in dire need of improvement. The CEO have zero social skills, unapproachable, short tempered, Just an all-around a**hole. Unless you are family, you are treated like crap talk to like you’re a dog. You are told you are stupid on a regular basis. If you only work your designated hours which is eight hours a day you are told you are lazy and not a team player. They want your life to revolve around that place. They do things in the most archaic fashion. Spending valuable time digging through filing boxes or filing cabinets looking for something that should be scanned into a computer.
