      * passion and excellence in many areas of the business * strong case for providing the best MMM platform * opportunities to work in different areas of the company

      * CEO has a big ego and can be emotionally reactive * Total lack of key personnel in the US team * Customer DS teams constantly overworked and under-resourced

      Pros

      Product market fit - the gap is there and the existing offering already fills it well. Rare case of the product being data science first, unique opp for anyone interested in time series work especially. Although it's grown significantly, there's still lots of room for high impact work, ICs can jump in and quickly solve problems especially on the DS side.

      Cons

      I personally see excess work life balance as a con, nonetheless it's definitely not a 40hr/week kind of place. Everyone in the NYC office is extremely dedicated to growing the product and has incredible work ethic.
