Pros
One of the things I genuinely appreciate about Muvi is the respect for personal time. Unlike a lot of SaaS companies, there's no culture of grinding late nights or weekend hustle. You get your time back, and that matters. The team is another strong point, colleagues are approachable, collaborative, and there's a sense of camaraderie that makes day-to-day work pleasant. The environment is relatively low on politics, and people are generally willing to help each other out.
Cons
Like any growing company, there's still room to build out more defined pathways for employee growth and development. I genuinely believe that with a bit more structure around mentorship and career progression, Muvi could become an even more fulfilling place to grow professionally.
