My Community Finance has a great business purpose and a great leadership, with their values being reflected in everything the company does. The work is quite exciting and innovative as there is no red tape, meaning that data analysis translates to quick decisions and actions. Everyone's contribution has an impact on the business and this makes it very rewarding to work on different projects. The company has grown a lot in the last few months, bringing in a lot of bright and driven people on board, which makes the work even more enjoyable. The WeWork office provides plenty of perks such as free coffee and fruit and frequent social events.

I really enjoy working here. The team is wonderful, very fun and social. The supervisors really care about your wellbeing. I really enjoy my work and have been given much responsibility. My tasks are very exciting and it has been an amazing learning experience. It is such a pleasure to work here. Would definitely recommend.
