Pros
Honestly non. Dont be fooled by the sign in bonus. Once you fall for it, there goes your mental health and well being.
Cons
1) High turnover rate 2) Teacher to student ratio is ridiculous 3) Toxic management 4) Likes to sugar coat things 5) No work life balance at all 6) Prioritises parents feelings over teachers 7) Teachers have no right or say over parents, must always appease parents feelings even when in wrong 8) School basically owns the teachers as if their possession 9) Management making false promises 10) Teachers are always at the losing end 11) CCTVS watching your every move like a prisoner 12) Too many SOP some of which are redundant and don't make any sense 13) Curriculum changes so many times in less than a year, that even teachers don't know what to do anymore 14) No help and support provided to the teachers, basically you’re on your own 15) Management don't listen 16) lunch break is not really lunch break, have to do work. No time to even eat at times 17) Welfare and well being of teachers are non existent 18) Too much politics 19) PAID LEAVES are entitlement, being told that only 70% off paid leaves can be used lol 20) Applying leave is so difficult
