The culture is amazing, everyone is knowledgeable and super supportive.

There is very limited room for growth.

The training felt rushed, and management was disorganized. They expect you to learn everything on the spot with little guidance. On top of that, there's a lot of gossiping—sometimes right in front of you—which creates an unprofessional and uncomfortable work environment. To make matters worse, when I had my arms crossed, they physically moved my arms down and raised their voice at me. It was completely inappropriate and made me feel disrespected. Wouldn’t recommend.
