No constant mindset they hav... They change the system within fraction of the second and say to follow... No respect no policies nothing never ever join this company they fire u anytime even if u r good.. N also they give u target and say if you dont achieve it they will deduct the money from our salary bcz they dont have money to pay others.. Great logic
