- imbalance of work pressure between teams due to top management tries to micro manage sometimes.
- If the company facing bad situation all team should be informed before any layoffs. This company faced 2 major layoffs so far and lesson not learned. They should have learned the lesson after 1st time still made the same mistake 2nd time. So over hiring in engineering team is a problem cased by ceo. Without really thinking about this kind of things can be a big issue to anyone joining the team.
