-Entry-level pay feels relatively low compared to initial value-add but is still a fair for someone just entering the industry w/o directly relevant experience (as you advance, this changes)
-Due to rapid growth, some growing-pains exist internally (support engineering keeping up with exponential increases in sales, growth caused some over-crowding in A2 office, etc...)
-Downtown Ann Arbor location can present some challenges/costs (parking, traffic, etc...), though we are in the process of finding a new office
