Delayed Salary Payments No promotion for an employee who is not a suck up Advantages to favourite employees(Specially if they are Bengali) The HR department lacks the ability to accurately calculate final settlements, resulting in the non-receipt of my leave balance compensation. I have often questioned why engineers are considered more adept in managerial positions. Unfortunately, this notion does not hold true in reality(Higher management has barely cleared their exams). Instead, the company's employees have been taken advantage of through deceptive practices involving fictitious interns who fraudulently receive stipends, while those who put in sincere efforts are left unpaid. I could elaborate further on this subject, but suffice it to say that it is enough to dissuade any intelligent individual from working in such an environment. Its sad how people with so less knowledge are running an edutech.
