Pros
Opportunity to work part time when in between jobs. Ability to work if still learning German which I was at the time. Decent hourly salary and weekly hours.
Cons
Does not have a company culture to keep all employees in check. Managers are always in “high stress” mode and this trickles down to sales staff. Following up emails with higher managers is seen as being pushy. Instructions / Directions from higher management is always condescending and sarcastic.
