Pros

Thought the people there cared, I thought they were cool and I was excited until I actually started and saw how unorganized the management is.

Cons

They advertise benefits, but don't offer them, they didn't elaborate anything on the pay scale so during training they left the lady manager hanging when she had to break it down and explain the pay structure to many people which was a show) Dirty and Unsafe; When it rains, the computer desk, seats and electrical outlets are soaking wet, the Air Conditioner don't have filters, so it's pushing out all the nasty air back out for you to breathe, they have a crazy amount of turn over, people last no more then a week here. Unorganized; Some mangers use ugly language and swear at you for asking questions that they didn't cover in "training" ( which by the way they hand you 7 scripts and expect you to memorize them all within 2-3 days ) They move you from one product to another because the turn over is so high, half of the computers don't work when they should so you're stuck off the phone for several times a day having them attempt to fix them so they just move you to another broken computer.

Pros

You get a lot of really good leads and the dispatch team is constantly improving so you're not running to dud appointments on a regular basis. Training is standard and there are a lot of resources available to you if you ask.

Cons

Not the best for newbies. You receive a script but little to no sales training. Earnings are commission only so you make what you sell and if you don't sell you don't get a paycheck.

Pros

•it’s work from home •the employees are all nice •9am-2pm

Cons

• When you are laid off, they don’t give you a weeks notice. • when you are laid off, you are told it’s your problem to contact the paycheck company they use for your final check. It is in fact not. It is the person that does the payroll (the boss) job. After I said it was highly unprofessional, I got a call from Jim (the boss) and he was very rude and yelling when this could’ve all been prevented and figured out in a nice manner. • You do not have much training, just on your own. •It does say 5hrs a day that you work, it is actually not. The morning meetings everyday can range from 15minutes to an hr meeting, that already takes 1hr off for that day.
