      Pros

      Culture. People. Opportunities. Although I landed on a role as a recent graduate, the amount of responsibility & impact was beyond any expectations. Ever since day 1, everyone in the team was happy to jump on calls to provide context, help with any challenges, or simply bring a personal touch. The culture of Everyone a Coach, Every One a Player really translates in everyone up the CEO level truly listening to any ideas, or providing support at any stage. The trust and transparency were beyond expectations: as long as results are delivered, anyone is more than willing to accommodate any personal changes in plans, including flexible working hours depending on the circumstances. Extra perks: a generous budget for professional development; a paid-for monthly team lunch; additional work equipment if needed (or any resource, if required); an additional monthly Mental Health Day off due to Covid.

      Cons

      Depending on your personality, if you're looking for a culture of micromanagement, very defined roles and strictness, it may not be the place for you. Despite having clear goals and regular check-ups, or chance to discuss with anyone in the team, I never felt my hours (but rather my results) are counted. Given the start-up environment, taking initiative (on top of all the guidance provided) is expected. Depending on the role, you may need to vary the standard 9-5 day to discuss with team members around the world, but it was never a compulsory aspect, should anything come up.

      Pros

      Interview process is thorough and with really personable people. Product updates are consistent and detailed. It's a global company so you get to know and get exposed to way more than you would otherwise. Has a really great handle on remote work and manages working in multiple time zones.

      Cons

      Some time zones might find it a little more difficult to connect as regularly.

      Pros

      Every day you are challenged in different ways as the company and product continue to grow. Teams and management are flat and transparent which makes cross-functional projects and task straight forward which is rare. Everyone is easy to talk to in development and customer bugs and features are prioritized. Lots of autonomy to tackle your work as needed to achieve the defined end goal. It's generally a fun place to be, nice view, weekly office lunches, annual team camps, other occasional fun stuff just because...

      Cons

      Its a startup so on any given day you will have more than one hat on. Teams are small and growing so ongoing peer development, training, hiring process debt is the name of the game at the moment in every department. No one is going to tell you what to do (some love this, others just don't know what to do).
