Pros
Benefits are very good. Management is good and treats everyone well in regards to respect. No yelling and screaming.
Cons
The majority of people working at this company have been employed for over 15 years. No young blood. Anyone who is young leaves. Morale is not very good. Pay is very low. Once your in a position, your stuck there. Management will tell you they are doing well until its time to give raises, then it a different story.
