Pros
There's room for vertical and horizontal mobility, if you endure the torture.
Cons
Myriad is an incredibly toxic, shady company. Everything is disorganized, there are no proper systems in place, yet the higher-ups are resistant to change. Interns are taken advantage of with no pay and executives do not like to take time out of their day to speak with them in any way (not even to give tasks). The pay is very low for the amount of abuse they put you through. The disrespect ranges from passive aggressiveness to blatant backstabbing, all the way to outright temper tantrums and yelling. There are cliques here with full-grown adults acting like children. They have no dedicated HR and the higher-ups defend each other's toxic behavior. I suppose it's difficult to achieve a healthy workplace culture when the CEO himself engages in this toxic conduct.
