Thanks for your thoughtful review, and the particularly awesome comments you had about the Myriad team. There’s nothing better than working with this group of smart, unique - and yeah - ‘quirky’ folks. :) I hear you on the metrics & meetings. We’re continually working to improve the effectiveness of the metrics we track, which means there can definitely be a lot of trial and error. As far as meetings go, there’s certainly some trial and error going on there, too. At the end of the day, it should be about quality not quantity. The good news is - we’re getting better in both of these areas every day, and we won’t stop until we get it right! Thanks again for taking the time to review us.
