I've been a part of the Myriad team for over 10 years. Why do I stick with Myriad? It begins at the top. Strong, consistent, and confident leadership breeds loyalty, a belief in the core values, and a rock-solid company base where every employee is supported by their peers and management. This allows for ample opportunity for upward mobility within the company if you want to reach for it. These factors are important to me. Highly competitive salary, benefits, and fantastic company parties don't hurt either!
Cons
It's a fast paced environment in a field (tech) that's constantly evolving. You have to be prepared to evolve with it. If you're not open to change and you're set in your ways, this environment might be difficult for you.
