Pros
Lots of perks, casual dress, vacation days are awesome, free lunches, snacks, happy hours, out of work events throughout the year. Great place to learn a large skill set- from time management, selling skills, negotiating skills, people skills, ability to get management experience under your belt. Promotion from within. I have moved up 2 times in 2 years. Free health insurance. Dogs at work. Sample sales. Caring managers. Friendships.
Cons
Having to work with people who leave reviews like some of those that are on here.
I have worked on 2 different teams here for over 2 years and I have been able to learn so much from a growing company. There are always growing pains, but seeing my manager and some of my team mates work very hard day in and day out gives me such respect for what goes on here. Other co-workers spent time walking around and complaining about everything from the free snacks and breakfast sandwiches not coming on time to other petty things. And also- I was one of the teams that didn't get a bonus- but it was because we didn't hit our goal, not because we earned it and it was taken away. I am so happy those people are gone- which by the way they were given many chances to improve. The best part is that many of them left and came back! interesting what they chose to leave in and leave out of their review!
