As a buyer I was able to run my team on my own which gave the flexibility of being my "own boss" which was a plus. No micro-managing. Work environment was fun and they provided frequent outside of work activities which was great and a fun way to have that work life balance outside of a long day of work.

The only con I would say would be the long hours. Just be prepared its a fast paced environment so you always need to meet deadlines and sometimes that entailed staying late until its done.

Cliquey culture Kevin sucks A lot of very fake people HR was not supportive of the people Some buyers definitely had power trips that were super unprofessional
