Pros
This workplace allowed for a great amount of personal growth, and really strives to make improvements. During my time at the company, many positive changes to workplace environment happened that were all for the best. Improvements to HR, Leave/vacation, Paternity & Maternity leave policy.. along with a few other quality of life improvements made this job a positive experience. Engineers and other staff, were hard working and fun. Mid level management, mostly supportive.
Cons
The Toxic CEO (replaced Q1 2018) and Sales team (still there), make it challenging to have a strong outlook for the company. Also with the loss of fully half the staff and the shift in operations to Ohio; the resources are spread thin. Critical decisions were made far to late in the game to have any real impact; causing shortfalls in funding. No HR department to advocate for employees. Small staff split into two sites.
