Pros
All engineers are helpful and nice with good attitudes. All the managers are helpful and nice with good attitudes. There are design reviews but I'm not micromanaged. They will let you take on as much responsibility as you can handle and I like that.
Cons
They are transitioning to a production atmosphere and that is difficult for some. They do request overtime, but what company doesn't? I have never been treated rudely or inappropriately when I cannot work overtime. UTC has a lot of procedures that I am not used to but they require.
