      Company is moving very quickly Always working on the back of customer's feedback Everyone is hard working and genuine Company is more than happy to promote from within Always hearing employees ideas and trying to implement where possible Flat structure to management - always able to speak to anyone in the company

      A number of employees were pleasant but the good ones either quit or were laid off

      Cons

      Leadership has no vision for the future Product hasnt had innovation in 7 years Company is not competitive with market needs Highly toxic environment, stemming from top & middle management Top management just wants to sell company, doesnt care about real success
