Pros

A lot of warm leads that need to be worked. You get to train with top producers and they genuinely care about your success. I was able to speak with multi-million producers daily. They have plenty of amazing training resources too and you can do as little as $75K in business in a year and win a free trip to places like Aruba!

Cons

Not enough agents to work all of the leads. People want to be seen and have mortgage protection needs. They need champions to step up and join them.

Pros

National Agents Alliance is a great place to learn the business of life insurance. There is always much more training than you can handle, all online. Great trips to Mexico, Canada, Greece, Italy, Bahamas. Get your license and you will make money.

Cons

One must recruit in order to substantially move up the ladder to higher pay levels and build an agency. If one does not you are stuck with your own personal production, which is higher than most other companies. Aggressive sales tactics which you need to limit. Travel a must out of state to earn wealth above $45,000.
