      This review is for NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.(NABCONS), subsidiary of NABARD. NABCONS being a subsidiary of NABARD, gets most of the government projects. Also, the top management being government employees from NABARD, work pressure is low as they don't care about work.

      Cons

      -Work culture is totally unorganized i.e. they hire people for a particular verticle and put them in totally diferent verticle. -Very low salary increment -Little coordination across departments
