Pros

Good Colorado Springs location. Your efforts support the indigeneous people of Alaska through NANA Development Corporation. There is no accountability at any level.

Cons

Management of the company, from the president based in Anchorage, to the director that was in place after the VP left were completely clueless about how to operate a government contracting firm. Ideas to help the company grow were squashed by the president. Example of how bad the president is: At one meeting with a potential business partner the president, completely out of the blue, asked the potential partner, "do you like titties?" Needless to say, that business relationship dissolved along with a potential $100M contract.

Pros

NANA Pacific has been re-purposed and reinvigorated. While access to all of NANA's capabilities and services is available through NANA Pacific, our friends and clients have been asking us for help with strategic growth planning, project management, local indigenous engagement, innovative technology solutions, and human capital solutions, and we are delivering each of these through NANA Pacific. This is an exciting place to be! Great group of dedicated folks, and we all enjoy delivering solutions and solving problems.

Cons

Small team, so a lot on everyone's plate at the same time. Makes for a fast pace.
