- low salary (for internal and outsourced emloyees)
- no one cares if you are satifsfied or not, just do your job!
- no interesting customers in PL (no sales team)
- many many internal chaanges - no positive results (experimenting is good but only when you tell your employees about reason of a new structure and draw conclusions)
- forget about getting money from NATEK to pay for trainings/courses/certificates
- working overtime is a standard (if someone finishes work after 8 hours it is a sign that the person is not loyal and not committed to work) and no one pays you for extra hours
- employees are mostly young people with fresh ideas but CEO is not so openminded and "he knows best"
- focused on recruiting foreigners = Polish IT guys don't know what NATEK is
