Incompetent top management - Anonymous employee NAVYA Employee Review

You'll get decent pay, but you'll be treated like crap and lied to in return by top management. Top management purposely starts fights within his team by bad mouth the people who are working to make the company successful (this is to keeps the focus off himself). Management is too busy pointing fingers to why the company isn't moving in a positive direction, to actually find a plan to redirect. There is a vision here at Navya, but no plan to get there. Navya is a reactive company vs. Proactive.
