      Good work culture and work-life balance. Nice and competent co-workers. Leadership is solid

      Cons

      Median pay on the lower scale for an Entertainment studio. Very little promotion opportunity (depends on department). Need to leave the company and come back (if able) in order to advance. Leadership can be disengaged.
