      Pros

      Multiple benefits (flexibility, discounts etc) Various events all year Office location in central London Great staff screening and charity events Free coffees and multiple perks

      Cons

      Career stagnation, no way to progress and they rather hire external candidates from big competitors than promoting internal staff. Low salaries. No bonus below manager level. Opportunities seem to happen a lot in the US. It’s all about who you know otherwise you’ll never progress even being there for a few years!

      Cons

      The pace of execution can be slow, strategic direction and priorities are not always clear, and opportunities for promotion and career advancement are relatively limited.
