Cons
NCO is a terrible company to work for. I worked for one of their call centers and you want to talk about being the bottom man on the totem pole, well there you'll find it. The pay was terrible and not at all comparable to other companies in the area, management was awful and don't even think human resources will care if you're feeling harassed at work, because they will male you out to be the bad guy and not even swat the wrist of the out of line supervisor.
