Location is not that great

only impressive office interior, nothing else

1) Don't care about the employee health, no health activities, no health insurance 2) Only repetative works after certain period of time, no new inventions. 3) 6 days working 4) No policies, No hierarchy 5) HR don't have any sense about others personal problems when they take leaves. 6) No Work-Life balance at all 7) after initial prayer, they will keep the song's in loud sound whole day & directors keeps the speakers mute in their cabin, employees seating in bay areas not able to concentrate on thier work due to high speaker volume. 8) Management ask you find things that dosen't exist 9) No implementation/pilot done for product since it developed, which indirectly affecting company's proposal failure & revenue each time. Only meetings & discussions. 10) None of the management member have expericene in health care 11) There is no recognition for extra work performed 12) No health insurance, health activities for employee, only work. no care about employees physical & mental health 13) no assurance about the timely salary each month 14) Management approach is "Only I'm right", Even you give true feedback for product, they dosen't accept is at all, but get angry on you indirectly. 15) all the good review are forcefully got posted forcefully by one of the mangement member who is standing behind when posting review on glassdoor/google.
