Pros

If you are lucky enough to get good Client projects, you will have some peace at work environment and gain experience. WFH option based on the project. Communication skill is valued more than technical skill, so if you are good at it, you will definitely have a place.

Cons

Toxic Management with lot of favoritism, so you will not get right recognition or salary for your contributions. Egoistic top level people, they will fire you anytime or give you a hard time if they are not pleased. Almost master-slave kind of model. Maximum they will hire only freshers and use them according to their needs. (Even though you are developer, you may end up in testing or monitoring roles)

Pros

Learning curve is good and you can learn new tech stack

Cons

They prefer people who butter them up over those with strong technical skills. Getting into good client projects depends on whether your manager likes you and assumes you are capable enough. There is clear partiality. There is a lot of favoritism from top-level managers. They may fire you at any time while keeping you in the dark until the very end. The worst part is that they manipulate to make you feel like you are not good enough to be trusted or that you lack the necessary skills.

Pros

I started my career here and couldn’t have asked for a better foundation. There’s a lot of exposure to real-world problems, and you’re encouraged to take ownership early on. The team is supportive, and I’ve always felt like my contributions mattered, even as a fresher. One of the things I appreciated most was the culture of continuous learning. There’s always someone willing to guide you, and the environment is open and collaborative. You’ll definitely grow if you're proactive and eager to learn. Overall, a great company to begin your journey in tech and build a solid skill set.

Cons

The learning curve was steep, but in the best way possible.
