In team we have joined 5 experience people and they have decided to provid us half salary for first 3 months(tell all of us that you dont have enough knowledge so they will give you best training) Additionally because of their poor system+communication with head team+ always confused business managers+no support from HR+ salary issue...we 5 are not able to continue. After the completion of 1 month they haven't provide salary. No one get payout. Because of covid 19 every company have been proving system to home. Some employee got system for home and when we have asked they are saying like they do not have enough resources to give home..... 1 star company but due to their marketing campaign they are getting good reviews 1. Managment system is very poor. 2. Worst salary structure + so many deduction 3. No values of Employee just about their Niche
