      Pros

      Very new and clean facility. Friendly people. Lot's of opportunity to get overtime if you like. Never have to work on Sundays. Maybe one Saturday per month of work. Quality lab is air conditioned.

      Cons

      Always seem to be short staffed. New facility so not a lot of experienced employees.

      Local business not to far from home

      Cons

      Very little chance of advancement. HR neglects employee issues and does not take harassment and discrimination seriously. Rules don't apply to all employees as leads,supervisors, and managers show favoritism.
