Great work environment, co- workers were great

Better pay, a bit more support for teachers who truly need help with students behavior and discipline

within the community of Newark-most teachers go above and beyond to ensure growth, retention, and application of learning-witness the growth of students each year- the strong bond between most teachers -OK benefits- motto and mission are wonderful-

lack of communication between head of school and teachers/parents/students-behavior/lack of discipline or use of matrix (a team is needed)-incomplete curriculum-everyone wears too many hats (with a positive goal in mind) but doesn't work out here-model and mission are not met-more attention should be given to special needs students - a whole team is needed
