a job when I thought this would be a good paying one took me 6 years to get over $10 a hour

Hire people that know what they should know!!! I had a regional manager tell me that the catalog system was so good he could hire anybody off the streets and be a parts specialist in three days? That a pile of mess I have been there just turned 7 years and the people that they hire work me to death!!! I'm not a self proclaimed pro but I'm the ISS at my store be messing around with autos since mid 70s all I have is common knowledge and dead reckoning all my installers love me up to the time of our last management change this guy won't stay in the store!!!! Has me and the assistant covering his butt. High shrink he supposed to do all check in and returns has her and I doing it . I have never wanted to quit as bad, and I will am currently looking and I won't be doing corporate auto parts pp on that PS after Obama care started insurance doubled need second job to compensate
