      money is good, being exposed to a new culture and country is good

      Cons

      - nepotism - racism - lack of transparency - changing laws to benefit the employer - breaking of country laws - harassment and bullying evident and promoted by HR - project future uncertainty very high

      good salary and benefits but....

      Cons

      no life, not good management all come for one purpose get some money then go back home not good to stay long ....like 5-star prism that gives you free accommodation and food but you cannot buy anything or go anywhere.. the closet mall is couple hour far and there is no transportation
